The Sitemate App facilitates the creation of a secure digital ID for field workers and site visitors, allowing for efficient electronic signoff, form submission, and review.

Its contactless signoff feature enables users to scan their unique QR code with any device's camera, thereby seamlessly attaching their signature and relevant details to various forms and processes, including toolbox talks, tailgate meetings, pre-start checks, and risk assessments (RAMS/SWMS).

Contractors, subcontractors, and external visitors can utilize the app for single submission forms. Internal staff and operators also benefit from ongoing processes such as timesheets, pre-starts, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).

The app provides each worker with an automated log of all submitted forms. Users can easily access this log to view and review their submissions.

Customizable forms can be distributed from Dashpivot to the Sitemate App via QR code posters or one-click web links, significantly reducing paperwork and the likelihood of lost information while mitigating manual data entry challenges.

It is important to note that the Sitemate App operates exclusively in conjunction with Dashpivot, a digital document automation platform designed for industrial companies aiming to enhance their workflow efficiency. Additionally, Dashpivot is developed and maintained by the Sitemate team.
